New Visions Foundation held its Center for Educational Justice Event “Overcoming College Obstacles for Foster Youth” on Thursday, July 1 at the California Endowment. Attended by government, business, community and nonprofit leaders, this call to action event highlighted key legislation and supportive solutions that will make a measurable difference in foster youth being able to afford to stay and graduate from college.
